About
His effectiveness as a trainer calls upon the unique blend of people and technical skills he acquired during his 12 years of business, sales and senior management experience in Latin America and the U.S. prior to joining Krauthammer in 2011.
Born and raised in Panama, he learned about diversity from an early age. Robert’s focus has been leadership and sales development, especially in a multi-cultural environment. He has helped senior executives manage challenges by translating strategy into pragmatic learning and developing cultures of entrepreneurial leadership with teams in organizations of all shapes, sizes, and cultures.
Currently, he is also a Krauthammer Senior Consultant and Managing Partner based in the United States and is responsible for projects and revenue growth. He is a speaker and consultant that helps executives who are interested in making the most out of their careers by developing people to become great leaders.
