He likes to challenge people and his main aim is to help build skills and behavioral change through reflection and positive confrontation. He is particularly sensitive to people’s feelings and is a great motivator. He thrives in an environment that requires him to interact with people.
Jonathan has delivered programs across geographies like the Middle East and India. He has vast experience across industries and organizations in India and the UAE. Industries include Hospitals, Financial Services, IT HR Consulting (Oracle HRMS), Retail (Fashion Lifestyle and Homeware) and Banking.
He has facilitated Programs in the areas of Leadership Development, Customer Service, Selling Skills, Performance Management and Emerging Leaders, Employee onboarding etc.. in organizations like, CRISIL- India, RAKBANK, Dubai First, Dubai Islamic Bank, DSM (HYD), Lactalis- India, SUEZ- Middle East, ARTEFACT ME.
