About
Valerie Delacave started her career with a commercial role in the Antwerp diamond industry where “learning by doing” and “perseverance” were the main drivers of success.
After ten years as a sales & account manager for a leading sight-holder, she decided to venture out as an independent project manager servicing clients in a multicultural luxury industry such as fine arts, diamonds and jewelry.
In 2017 Valerie redirected her path to her initial passion of helping people & organizations to move forward, by following a full cycle ICF coaching training. Shortly thereafter she joined Hudson Benelux where she became a certified assessor and focused on sales & recruitment processes.
Today she is part of the Krauthammer family.
