Máté as a leader saw how important the personal competences are for problem solving. This is the reason why he started to train people. His mission is to help and motivate people to improve and develop their personal professional skills.

He is also an assistant professor in Corvinus University of Budapest. He is working in the Department of Decision Sciences which is part of the Institute of Business Economics. He also uses his professional experiences from the market in the classroom to motivate his students. His main subjects are Corporate Economics, Decision Making Skills, Decision Technics and Decision Science. He also researches in the human behavior field, and wants to show how mathematical competences influences the problem solving and decision making abilities.
