From a young age she has been fascinated by human behavior, psychology and personal development.

She intuitively feels people and has a natural talent to connect​​. She further developed those talents with her NLP Master practitioner background.

During her career as Area Sales Director at Accent Jobs that she was a real teamplayer.

Setting goals, motivating sales staff and building teams are part of her expertise. Later she was also closely involved in talent and organizational development.

Since 2014 Thekla has her own Yoga and Coaching business, where she supports entrepreneurs in finding peace and insights.
